ER, TONY? WILL BREAKING UP THE EU INCREASE THE CHANCES OF LOTS OF AMERICAN NUCLEAR MISSILES IN EUROPE AIMED AT RUSSIA?

American nukes are in the EU because of their host nation's commitment to NATO.

Trump just empowered NATO.

Trump wants the EU broken up.

I've never thought about which takes precedence and why in terms of EU v NATO on US nukes. Does the EU have a say on how many US nukes can be based in the EU, and where?
