Eliot Higgins has posted something regarding positions of the Syrian military on late August 2013. Google Maps have released images from 24th August. Higgins attempts to show, using these images from 24th August 2013, that the Syrian military was closer to the site of the alleged chemical weapons attack in Ghouta than we have been told.
My thought for t'day is this: is 21st August 2013 the 24th August 2013?
The bleedin' obvious answer is no. There are 3 days between the two dates. And in war a lot can happen in 3 days.
So nice try, but clutching at straws.
I half-predicted the alleged massacre at Ghouta using geopolitics. I said there was going to be a slaughter and that Prince Bandar would be responsible. This was due to a Lebanese report that Bandar had, during a trip to Moscow, issued Putin an ultimatum: if Putin would dump Assad then Saudi Arabia would buy billions of dollars of Russian weapons, but if not then he Bandar would unleash hell in Syria and Lebanon to embarrass Putin.
On 21st August hell was unleashed.

VOLNOVAKHA : MISSILE OR CLAYMORE?
Something happened at a checkpoint at Volnovakha yesterday: Kiev claims it was attacked by missiles; others suggest a Claymore. Either 10 or 11 people died as a result.
The Kievists have jumped on a video taken immediately after the event to claim that it was a missile. The video shows a small missile in the ground. But when was that fired? In the video it is partly covered in branches.
But others have pointed out the following:
1. the road at the checkpoint was lined with Claymores, and in the video you can see several men in uniform handling them, so something related to Claymores was probably going on at that time;
2. on the steps inside the bus where the passengers board and alight there appears to be a small bright cylinder that could come from a Claymore.
I am not jumping to conclusions on this. Autopsies of the dead will reveal how they died, and what shrapnel was removed from their bodies.
But this sad event, either deliberate or accident, has been jumped on by Kiev and their allies.

2. but last weel Collect!V said it was filmed in the evening of 17th July;
3. but Collect!V now say it was filmed in the late afternoon of 17th July!!
But note the location that Collect!V now say the BUK was filmed:

It was filmed in a western suburb of Luhansk. The N21 runs straight through the centre of Luhansk and continues North!!
What this Collect!V report is trying to do is link the Bellng Cat report to the video through statements such as these:
Can you see what Collect!V are trying to do? Just say the BUK went along the N21 all the time and hope that, among all the photographs and videos and eyewitness statements, nobody notices that it is all a load of bollocks and contradicts what Belling Cat have been saying, even though the Collect!V report constantly refers to Belling Cat (as shown above).
And Collect!V do not address the small matter that the Ukraine Security Service released tapes that they said proved 100% beyond doubt that MH17 was shot down from Chernukino by Cossacks. ANOTHER SOMETHING TO EXPLAIN
I noticed this in a conversation in which Eliot Higgins was involved:
I used LiveUAMaps to show that the area between Shnizhne and Luhansk was a war zone on 17th July as the Kiev Nazis tried to create a corridor south of Luhansk to Luhansk Airport. Indeed I asked Belling Cat, so far without reply, how a smoking gun BUK with a missing missile could travel from Shnizhne to a western suburb of Luhansk without being intercepted by Kiev Nazis all foaming at the mouth to catch that BUK. I have proposed the following methods of transport: by magic carpet; Jedi mind control ("This is not the BUK you are looking for"). So far Belling Cat have refused to answer my question. And others I have posed. Instead going on a demented quest about a piece of plastic, and also ignoring the blatant contradictions in the launch sites suggested so far.
In fact, if someone posted a photo of a BUK in Red Square firing a missile the Belling Cat team would swear by almighty God that that was the BUK that shot down MH17.
The truth is that so far nobody has shown that a BUK controlled by the separatists shot down MH17. And the one nation that can prove it, the USA who say they have the evidence gained through 'sensors', refuses to release that data, but proclaims any evidence that could be used to suggest that Russia shot down MH17, even though every time this occurs it contradicts what was said before.
