One of, if not, the main complaint against media bias during the miners strike was the police charge at Orgreave.
The media showed the police defending themselves against possessed charging miners. What actually happened was that riot police charged the miners with horses and beat injured miners as they lay on the ground.
The media in question who showed this as police defending themselves was...the BBC!
