Better to be somewhere in between: reasonably but not excessively fit and healthy but with some fat reserves.
Too thin, with very little fat reserves, and you'll be struggling to survive the coming winters when you can't afford to either heat or eat due to energy price hikes and food shortages.
Too fat then you'll start to suffer life-threatening illnesses due to your obesity and can't be saved due to NHS being overwhelmed with current waiting list and additions.
As for the fraud David Icke? Too fat. Lose some weight.
