The UK left the EU on 31st January 2020.
Many Brits spent much time and energy and money to get the UK out of Europe.
Since leaving the EU the UK has applied to join the CPTPP, which is on the other side of the world.
China is not yet a member of the CPTPP but applied to join at approximately the same time as the UK.
But China is a member of the RCEP, along with many nations who are already members of the CPTPP.
And after a decade of planning and collaboration, China has decided that The City of London is now the banker of its currency, the Renminbi.
I do not see any resistance to this from those who worked tirelessly for Brexit, even though they accuse China for everything past, present and in the future.
For example, the Donkey Farage who incorrectly blames WW1 on Germany. He has complained about China but has so far failed to organise a charity coffee morning at the local village hall against it.
Why is that?
Why the silence?
Why the inaction?
