Submitted by Russia, only Russia, China and Brazil voted for the investigation.
The rest claimed that the current investigations be allowed to continue.
All nations stated it was an act of sabotage.
Here's what US Ambassador to the UN said after the vote:
The competent national investigations by Sweden, Denmark, and Germany are proceeding in a comprehensive, transparent, and impartial manner. As many Council members have said, they must first be allowed to conclude.
The problem is Denmark is a founding member of NATO, Germany has been a member of NATO since 1990, and Sweden has recently applied to join NATO.
Meanwhile Biden said he would end Nord Stream, former Polish FM Radek Sikorski thanked the USA on Twitter for the sabotage, Seymour Hersh exposed the USA as the perps, and Germany is now dependent on the USA for LNG.
So I wah, wah, wah, wah wonder who dunnit.
