Sanna Marin has conceded defeat in Finland.
But it was close.
She was perhaps sabotaged after she was filmed partying and the video somehow found its way into the public domain. An investigation found she had not broken any rules but some commented that her behaviour was inappropriate for a Prime Minister of Finland.
She said that it would be upto voters to assess her behaviour.
Looks like they voted ei.
