You'd think the FBI wanted Clinton to win in 2016.
But here's what actually happened:
- with just 1 week to go before the election day, the FBI announced they had found thousands of emails which they said looked suspicious;
- the FBI did not need to do this, so why did they?
- this unnecessary announcement led to Clinton losing 5% in the polls;
- then the day before the election the FBI announced that actually there was nothing suspicious in those alleged suspicious emails;
- but this was too late for Clinton who regained about only 1% in the polls.
Thus the FBI actually helped Trump to win 2016 by torpedoing Clinton through unnecessarily announcing the discovery of alleged 'suspicious' emails which turned out not to be suspicious at all.
