The BBC aired live the press conference held at around midday today by 'The Forest Gate Two'. I listened to most of what was aired, and was struck by several things the brothers and their solicitors said. I'll go into them later.

The things that struck me are not in the BBC report!
1. it appears that after shooting Mohammed Abdul Kahar the police then assaulted him with lots of kicking.
2. Mohammed Abdul Kahar made eye contact with the officer who shot him, who then shot him without a word. Due to shock Mohammed Abdul Kahar at first remained silent then began to tell the police he couldn't breathe due to the bullet wound and assault, and was told several times to "shut the fuck up".
3. their solicitors again stressed that the two brothers do not, repeat not, have a criminal record.
4. Mohammed Abdul Kahar had actually recently applied to become, and had been accepted as, a Community Police Officer. (is this how they came to the attention of the 'dark forces' within our intelligence community?)
5. during questioning there was no mention of why the police had raided their home and they did not seem interested in finding out if a bomb was or ever had been on the premises, and it seemed the police were fishing, asking the two questions like, "Are you a member of the Ku Klux Klan?" (no, really!)
6. they have still not received any apology.

After watching Channel4 News tonight some corrections are due.
It was Koyair who was kicked.
It was Koyair who had applied to become a Community Police Officer, but he had been rejected.
I also forgot to add that it was not, repeat not, their brother who had attended the rally a few months ago and been photographed dressed as a suicide bomber.
And did I see yet another great piece of news reporting? I think Channel4 News reported that Andy Hayman issued an apology to the brothers. But I didn't see it. I saw Andy Hayman saying the Police had no choice, blah, blah, blah (even though it is reported Scotland Yard had expressed their doubts about the 'specific intelligence').
But who cares about innocent people getting shot. If they wear long beards and are Muslim, fuck it. They can always be smeared with uncorroborated claims from 'security sources' that they rape grannies and sell LSD to schoolkids.
They fucked up, but on purpose, to see how the public would react after the reports into 7/7. They knew there was no bomb (and by they I mean those right at the very top). The day before the narrative and the ISC report were issued there was a report in The Independent about there being 800 terrorists planning to blow us all up. So what has happpend to them? Have they had their houses raided at 4am by 250 armed officers and people shot? Or was that yet more bullshit to scare us into thinking we need protecting from Muslim men in long beards?
There always has to be 'an enemy', someone planning to destroy our way of life. But what way of life is that? A select few who have given themselves, and themselves alone, the power to create money, while we must work, work, work, and they then use that money-creating power to finance wars and dictatorships and even terrorism, to scare us, terrify us into accepting their Police State.
