TRANSLATION

Dr Webster Tarpley has kindly posted a reference which refutes the thesis that Stalin murdered millions of Ukrainians in the early 1930's.

My French is poor, I have to admit, and the Google translation is not that good either. But from this poor Google translation the gist of the article is that the thesis has been pushed to drive a wedge between Moscow and Kiev, and has been seriously pushed in the last 20 years or so as attempts are underway to bring Ukraine into NATO and encircle Russia (and China).

If Dr Tarpley, or anyone else, could make a good translation then it would be much appreciated.

I find this crucial because I am 50/50 on whether FDR was knowingly part of the conspiracy. At the moment I have been questioning why he allied with Stalin against Hitler when it was known that Stalin had killed millions, i.e. Ukrainians, while Hitler had killed relatively less. If this article can go some way into destroying this thesis that Stalin deliberately starved millions of Ukrainians to death because of their resistance to Stalin then I will probabaly be 60/40 in favour of FDR for the following reasons:
1. Stinnett's claims are not wholly accurate;
2. FDR was surrounded by a pro-Wall Street clique;
3. FDR continued with the Pecora Commission to expose Wall Street;
4. FDR tried to implement credit creating institutions to get around the fact that the Federal Reserve was denying credit to the United States economy;
5. there was a very definite attempt at a coup against FDR run by Morgan and Wall Street.
