Did he even know the order had been made?
Did he sign it off blindly? He can't know of every single purchase, right?
Was the order made on advice? If so, from whom?
All I'm saying is this: the Ickes initially blamed 5G, but now they're blaming midazolam and a Minister of State.
Somebody obviously ordered so much midazolam, but who knew what it does and can be used for? I doubt Hancock knew what midazolam was, but someone like Whitty or Van Tham would know. Did they advise Hancock on this?
