Today Alex lied that at Infowars they do not deliberately lie. He said that they may occasionally make mistakes, but they do not deliberately lie.
But Alex does lie. Deliberately.
Alex defends the Confederate States of America by claiming that the U S Civil War was about a tariff, when all Ordinances of Secession of the Confederate states explicitly state that the reason that they seceded for war was to preserve negro slavery. Only one Ordinance of Secession mentions a tariff, and that is as a minor secondary reason.
The tariff was promoted as a reason only AFTER the war when the Confederacy had lost, and Reconstruction and the Ku Klux Klan were used to control negro freedom to the minimum. Alex's ex-wife Kelly states that Alex bragged to her that his ancestors founded the Texas branch of the Ku Klux Klan.
