They did 9/11 to get Iran.
All the other 6 nations named by General Wesley Clark have been affected by war and/or terrorism to destabilise.
Iran is the only nation named by Clark that has not yet been affected. There have been several attempts and provocations (notably Trump's assassination of General Soleimani).
