This is a good critique of King Donald I's recent actions in Venezuela.
The legality of the kidnap of Maduro is not addressed, but the economics and politics is, with comments from Big Oil executives and energy analysts and academics.
The conclusion is that what Trump has done does not make any sense, and it's going to take about a decade and at least $100 billion, with hints of military occupation to provide the security and stability.
So in other words : it doesn't look good or wise.
But it all make sense if Israel is the main beneficiary.
