And now we have his protege, the (real?) Donald J Trump, running for President, claiming that he will make America great again by bringing jobs back to America (when at every opportunity he and his family have used cheap foreign labour), and that the USA will protect and cherish Israel and threaten the stability of the Middle East by placing the US military at Israel's disposal?
