How the hell does he think he can broker a deal between Israel and the Palestinians with this kind of 'neutrality'? By threatening to nuke the Palestinians with a $1 trillion a year US military? Or would he channel his inner Andrew Jackson and forcibly remove the Palestininans?

He wants to strengthen the US military.
He then wants to charge nations for protection.
But what if most nations do not want US protection? Will he provoke wars to show those nations they need protection from the USA in order to finance a $1 trillion a year military?
