Ben Horowitz is the son of CIA Neocon (according to Infowhores) David Horowitz who runs the David Horowitz Freedom Center which through Horowitz's Truth Revolt has published some works by Paul Joseph Watson.
David Horowitz supported Trump.
Which suggests to me that this is some kind of intel psyop.
