DIDN'T SIR EDWARD GREY PROPOSE TO HOST A PEACE CONFERENCE?

During the 37 days in 1914 between the assassination of Arch Duke Ferdinand and Great Britain declaring war on Germany, Sir Edward Grey proposed that Great Britain host a peace conference and gave everyone the impression that he wanted peace...even though he had been ordered by King George V to get Great Britain into war against Germany!!!

Now we find that Putin has offered to host a peace conference between Israel and the Palestinians...after Putin allowed the PNAC wars, may well have helped to get Trump into the White House (who has subsequently stopped all aid to UNRWA) and allowed Israel to do anything it wanted in Syria, and at Helsinki guaranteed with Trump the security of Israel.
