The author is not a scientist. He is a global economics analyst who loves Ron Paul/Von Mises/Austrian Economics.

The author states:

Climate is controlled by the clouds. The clouds are controlled by cosmic rays. The cosmic rays are controlled by the sun.

But what is the largest source of cosmic rays?

Overwhelmingly NOT from the sun. These are known as Galactic Cosmic Rays and originate from outside our solar system.

And anyway, the debate on cosmic rays, galactic or not, driving climate is not proven. It is still just a theory.

It would be surprising if the sun did NOT have any influence, but to say it is the ONLY influence is not proven.

So we would be interested to know how the scientific oracle Paul Joseph Watson knows that the sun is the only influence on our climate.
