Whatever. At first it's a bit slow, and a bit weird, but stick with it, and remember Peter O' Toole's initial character and how it's manipulated, and you will be very well rewarded. Even goes to suggest that Jack the Ripper was a member of the ruling class. This is not your ordinary pretentious arty film.
