The Wonderful, Wonderful Copenhagen conference has turned out to be the total fraud and plan for genocide that I said it would.
A quote from a Sudanese representative in The Daily Telegraph says it all;
"This is all based on the dominance and supremacy of developed countries. One could say the [British] Empire has been doing this since the 16th Century, the Empire has always ruthlessly grabbed natural resources - the new resource is the global atmospheric space and carbon space."

That's all it is. British colonialism. That's the why the Queen was a bit naughty and spoke in Trinidad to the 'Commonwealth' telling her subjects that they had to reach an agreement at Copenhagen.
And then they pull this new treaty out of the hat that goes even further than the original draft!
What absolute twaddle. It's a fraud. It's genocide. It's British imperialism in a new disguise.
But thankfully it appears to have been seen for what it is by those who needed to see it.
