This time a manager of an orphanage in Torez goes on camera to state that fighter jets were present when MH17 came down.
So I'll ask again: who is most responsible for the downing of MH17 if:
1. Ukraine knew, or at the least strongly suspected, that the separatists had BUKs (as claimed by Lysenko at a press conference just as MH17 was falling out of the sky);
2. Ukraine did not shut down the airspace over East Ukraine to civilian air traffic;
3. Ukraine flew fighter jets knowing that those jets would be targets for a BUK;
4. BUK missiles are accurate but not 100% accurate.
And this is arguably the most credible witness because she was filmed by Hromadske which is a NATO media outfit:
