I was just enjoying an ice cold imported Czech lager in a bar, that was occupied by several groups and couples of middle aged men and women, when in walks a small group of yoofz, two men and a woman, each dressed with the trend of the day. They got their beers at the bar, sat down at an empty table, and immediately got their iPhones and Samsungs out and plonked them on the table, and while 'talking' to each other they were simultaneously scrolling through their phones, enlarging this item, shrinking that item, obviously not deeply listening to what they were saying to each other, just nodding and agreeing, but more eager to see if somebody more interesting had sent them a text or email.
I must add that nobody else in the bar had their phones out, either on the table, or in their hands. Everyone else was engaged in good old fashioned personal talk with each other.
