L'il ol' Israel receives 10% of America's foreign aid budget. As well as all that military assistance, like destroying Iraq and Libya and Syria and soon Iran.

The Occupied Territories, aka Palestine, get just 1%.
Israel, with all those splendid houses and splendid transport systems and splendid settlements and that splendid wall, gets 10%.
Palestine, with all those houses reduced to rubble and no water, gets 1%.
