It's finally happening - Fiat Chrysler just announced plans to invest $1BILLION in Michigan and Ohio plants, adding 2000 jobs. This after...— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) 9 January 2017
But if you read the official announcement from Fiat-Chrysler you find this paragraph clearly stating that the decision was taken in January 2016:
Today's announcement is the second phase of an industrialization plan announced in January 2016.
