IT'S STARTED! YORKSHIRE DALES CHEESE FESTIVAL IS ON.

The best cheese I ever tasted was a large slice I bought from Booths from a block made at a small farm in Wensleydale. When I got home, me and my 3 springers scoffed the lot with some Digestives and Hob Nobs. I went back to get some more but they'd sold out in just over half an hour. IT WAS THAT DELICIOUS!

There is something about Wensleydale and its cheeses, and I'd love to fnd out what it is.

I wish I was there.
