Professor David Smith says the PCR tests for Covid-19 are "very accurate" (at 2:23) and can test positive even if there is just one Covid-19 cell in the test sample.
But does "very accurate" mean 100% accurate? If so then why did he not say 100% accurate?
But on the other hand, if the test isn't positive then the examining doctor must use their discretion!
