SO JUST HOW BAD IS 2020 COMPARED TO 2018?

The ONS released data today upto 18th April 2020. This year so far, in England and Wales, upto 18th April 2020 there were a total of 207301 deaths from all causes.

But in 2018, considered to be the most fatal year for decades, the total number of deaths from all causes, in England and Wales, upto 20th April 2018 was 198943.

So, so far this year, 2020 has had 8358 more deaths in total than the latest most fatal year of 2018.

So that's 8358/573 < 15 extra deaths per constituency this year.

So, yes, 2020 is more fatal than 2018. But not by much!

To put this into perspective, that extra 15 per constituency is about the population of a very small street or cul-de-sac in each constituency.

Is that worth total lockdown, redundancies, social distancing, isolation, etc?

Unless 1 of those 15 was your elderly parent, then most would probably say no.

But then consider the agenda to force vaccinate and microchip us all?
