Looks like it.
On 9/11 several Israelis were stopped in a van containing several Israelis. The driver, Sivan Kurzberg, told the policeman who stopped the van, "We are Israeli. We are not your problem. Your problems are our problems. The Palestinians are the problem".
These same Israelis were released and appeared on Israeli TV to declare that they were in New York on 9/11 to "document the event".
Repeat after me:
Israel did 9/11.
Israel did 9/11.

Israel did 9/11.
