David Cameron today tore up his ultra-cautious campaign plan and insisted the countdown to the election 'pumps me up'.
After weeks of criticism that the Conservatives were running a boring campaign, the Prime Minister found the fire in his belly as he declared: 'If I'm getting lively about it it's because I feel bloody lively about it.'
