For over a year the USA and the sponsors of the Jihadis allegedly bombed Islamic State, yet Islamic State grew in size and strength. And despite several alleged threats Islamic State did not retaliate.

But within a month of Russia, after being invited by Assad, to bomb Islamic State all hell breaks loose: a Russian plane is blown out of the sky; Paris is attacked; and those attacks are now being used to drag the UK into bombing Syria.

But Cameron said this just as Russia started to assist Assad:

Now why would Cameron say that?

And then drag the UK into the war on Syria?
