Foxconn announced a $10 billion investment in Wisconsin over the summer touted to produce 13000 jobs. But the deal has only just been agreed by the Wisconsin legislature.
And it involves Wisconsin subsidising Foxconn with $3 billion, which means at least $13000 per job, assuming 13000 jobs are created. There could be fewer jobs created, from a lot of automation, but Foxconn will still get the $3 billion subsidy!!
