Johnson provoked this war and has prolonged it.

He persuaded Zelensky to renege on Minsk II.

He persuaded Zelensky to abandon peace talks in early 2022.

Perhaps he said he could get Ukraine into NATO if Zelensky provoked an invasion by Russia (which Zelensky did), and Zelensky can expose Johnson. But this is mere speculation.
