The MWA is workfare by any other name.
And workfare is fascism by any other name.
Fascism.
That's all it is.
Fascism, plain and simple.
Tesco and a few other large corporations were caught using this scheme where benefit claimants work for free for a corporation with the carrot of a job at the end of it all.
But what has the Department for Work and Pensions own study found?
Thousands of jobseekers have been referred to a mandatory work scheme that has done nothing for their employment chances, has made them more likely to claim benefits in the long run, and may have had adverse consequences on their physical and mental health, government research has found.[source : Mandatory work scheme does not improve job chances, research finds, The Guardian, http://www.guardian.co.uk/society/2012/jun/13/mandatory-work-scheme-government-research, 13/06/2012]
And what are the government going to do in response to their own study that shows the MWA programme is useless?
CONTINUE IT AND MAKE IT EVEN BIGGER!
Fascists, each and every one of 'em.
They do not seem to understand the simple fact that the jobs are not there.
Because nobody has any money.
Because we unnecessarily bailed out the fascist banks.
So we now have more fascism.
Didn't our fathers and grandfathers fight the Nazis in WW2 to stop this kind of thing?
