NOW THE USA DECLARES WAR ON LATIN AMERICA

Not happy with war in Ukraine, Syria and Iraq, provoking Iran and Russia and China, including staking a claim for the South China Sea, the USA has found a new but familiar enemy: Latin America.

Latin America suffered American imperialism during the 1980's.

But now they're back again, badder and meaner. Ooh rah!!
