The only UKIP MP Douglas Carswell recently called for Nigel Farage to be replaced as leader.
Then over the weekend Farage claimed that someone had attempted to kill hhim by loosening a wheel nut which caused a wheel to fall of his car while he was driving it at high speed on a French motorway...but that occured in October last year! And the reason why the wheel came off is because of a fault in the car, which was recalled by the manufacturer, but Farage ignored the recall.
Now Carswell is being accused of trying to kill Farage...which was prompted by Farage's bogus claim of an assassination attempt!
UKIP’s only MP has dismissed suggestions he was behind a plot to kill off party leader Nigel Farage.
The UKIP leader said he had experienced a “frightening” crash en route from his home in Kent to Brussels in October.
Mr Farage claims someone tampered with his Volvo V70, loosening the nuts on one wheel causing it to fly off in the middle of a busy road and forcing him to vault a barrier to safety.
Some joked UKIP MP Douglas Carswell could have been behind the dastardly deed after the pair clashed in public last month.
