In an accompanying report, titled “The Trump Effect,” 80 percent of teachers described a feeling of heightened anxiety and concern on the part of students who are worried about the election’s effects on themselves and their families. Forty percent said they witnessed derogatory language being used against marginalized students, including students of color, Muslims, and immigrants. “It is worth noting that many teachers took pains to point out that the incidents they were reporting represent a distinct uptick; these dynamics are new and can be traced directly to the results of the election,” the report says.

In addition to the civil money penalty, the casino is required to conduct periodic external audits to examine its anti-money laundering (AML) BSA compliance program and provide those audit reports to FinCEN and the casino’s Board of Directors.
Trump Taj Mahal, a casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, admitted to several willful BSA violations, including violations of AML program requirements, reporting obligations, and recordkeeping requirements. Trump Taj Mahal has a long history of prior, repeated BSA violations cited by examiners dating back to 2003. Additionally, in 1998, FinCEN assessed a $477,700 civil money penalty against Trump Taj Mahal for currency transaction reporting violations.
"Trump Taj Mahal received many warnings about its deficiencies," said FinCEN Director Jennifer Shasky Calvery. "Like all casinos in this country, Trump Taj Mahal has a duty to help protect our financial system from being exploited by criminals, terrorists, and other bad actors. Far from meeting these expectations, poor compliance practices, over many years, left the casino and our financial system unacceptably exposed."
Trump Taj Mahal admitted that it failed to implement and maintain an effective AML program; failed to report suspicious transactions; failed to properly file required currency transaction reports; and failed to keep appropriate records as required by the BSA. Notably, Trump Taj Mahal had ample notice of these deficiencies as many of the violations from 2012 and 2010 were discovered in previous examinations.
Director Shasky Calvery expressed her appreciation to the Internal Revenue Service, Small Business/Self-Employed Division, which performed the examinations of Trump Taj Mahal, for their contributions to the investigation and for their strong partnership with FinCEN. She also thanked the Commercial Litigation Branch of the U.S. Department of Justice for their assistance with this enforcement action.

So I ask again.

But no offer of help was made. In fact there was only the usual silence.
So not wanting all that information in the wrong hands I ask that they destroy what I sent in good faith and trust.
Again, all I got was silence.

And it was obvious I was losing my temper.
But still nothing.
It is clear to me that they were supposed to help me. And once one contract is null and void so are the rest.
Imagine that! No loan or mortgage to repay!
But all I got instead was surveillance devices in my bedroom.

ON THE DIVORCE OF ALEX JONES
This page here looks into the (hush hush) divorce of Alex Jones.
Alex and Kelly were assigned the case number 13-2647
If you go to Hays County court records here and enter that case number in the Civil, Family and Probate Case Records you get a list of all the transactions, both court and financial, related to the divorce.
The alleged actual settlement can be found here.
Apparently Jones is to pay his ex-wife Kelly nearly $3 million and hand over the keys to a very, very nice property indeed.
As suggested, divorce settlements are usually 50/50, which would put Jones' assets before the divorce at approaching $10 million.

So not wanting all that information in the wrong hands I ask that they destroy what I sent in good faith and trust.

WHEN BREITBART CALLED NIKKI HALEY AN ESTABLISHMENT DARLING
Gov. Nikki Haley could have drowned in the many wet-kisses that she received from establishment leaders after her prime-time, post-State of The Union rebuke of free-speaking Americans.
The rebuke that won those kisses was aimed at the many, many Americans who are angry about the Washington-directed, downward direction of their own homeland, and so it was applauded by the few Americans who make their living in Washington D.C.
