This all seems a bit...dunno...fishy.
The guy in this vid is allegedly an escapee from Scientology and has lived in China for the last 5 years.
In the vid at the end, he asks if you have queries about the info presented:
The figure for 2019 at about 08:46 shows the whole of the south and mid-west red, suggesting that there could be an outbreak in those states. Washington state also was red.
But while Washington state became the worst for a while, the whole of southern USA has not seen, or reportedly has not seen, a rampant Covid-19 outbreak.
Just an observation.
