WHY WUHAN? DID CHINA PLAN A RELEASE OF COVID-19 IN WUHAN USING MILITARY GAMES AS COVER TO BLAME USA?

Answers to my questions yesterday:

Why was China so keen to host the Military Games in 2019 that it won the bid?

Why then was Wuhan selected as the venue when the only and highest level BSL-4 lab in China is in Wuhan?

And did China release Covid-19 knowing that because the USA was going to be in town then the USA could be blamed? But how much control could China exercise over the release? Inside China? TOTAL! Outside China? ABSOLUTELY NONE!

So was it just bat soup and a botched cover-up?

I think the key question is: why did China select Wuhan with its BSL-4 lab as the venue?
