Ever since Clarence House announced that Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, is pregnant with her 2nd child, there’s been a flurry of speculation around when Prince George will become a big brother.
US websites are abuzz with rumour and counter-rumour, with everyone claiming they have the inside scoop on the 'official' due date.
So, what do we actually know?
We know that Kate's pregnancy was announced earlier than planned because she has hyperemesis gravidarum (an extreme form of morning sickness) and had to pull out of a planned public engagement in Oxford and a royal visit to Malta.
We also know, from royal aides, that Kate had not yet reached 12 weeks – the stage of pregnancy when many people 'go public' – when the announcement was made.
So, given that hyperemesis gravidarum can kick in as early as the 5th to 7th week of pregnancy, Kate's second child could be due any time between mid April and early May 2015.
