SO WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED ABOUT ROY COHN?

Donald Trump called Roy Cohn his "greatest friend".

Cohn is a hero of Dodgy Roger Stone.

But Cohn admitted to procuring children for the CIA to abuse.

Cohn was also the consiglieri for the New York mafia.

And Cohn was also top mates with J Edgar Hoover and was the conduit of sleaze from Hoover to the press whenever Hoover wanted to assassinate somebody's character.

But all this wasn't enough for Cohn.

Cohn was a good friend of the consumate insider, Bernard Baruch, so much so that Baruch gave a sworn character reference for Cohn when Cohn was on trial for perjury and obstruction of justice, and the two regularly played Bridge together.

Cohn was also worked for the Anti Defamation League, and would have been a Director of the ADL if it hadn't been for his anti-Communist activities during the 1950s.

But we now know that Cohn's anti-Communist activities during the 1950s were for the American Jewish Anti Communist League, which was financed by Baruch. It was the AJACL who picked McCarthy to expose Communist influence in the US Government in a bid to drive Jews away from Communism and towards supporting Zionism, and it was the AJACL who got Roy Cohn appointed as McCarthy's chief counsel.
