Steve Bannon, CEO of the Trump campaign and incoming White House chief strategist, criticized Murdoch and Kelly for being skeptical of the businessman's chances of winning the election.
“They got it more wrong than anybody,” Bannon, the former head of Breitbart News, told The Hollywood Reporter. “Rupert is a globalist and never understood Trump. To him, Trump is a radical. Now they’ll go centrist and build the network around Megyn Kelly.”
And yes. That is the same Rupert Murdoch who met with Trump in secret in June this year and placed his mighty media empire at the disposal of Trump.
