GAFFNEY DENIES ROLE IN TRUMP TRANSITION

The original source for the claim that Frank Gaffney is involved with the Trump transition team seems to be the Wall Street Journal, which is owned by...Rupert Murdoch.

Gaffney said of the claim:
“An unattributed quote appeared in the press yesterday indicating I had been appointed to the Trump transition. In fact, I had not been contacted by anyone from the team.” He added that he looks “forward to helping the president-elect and the national security-minded team he is assembling in whatever way I can.”

In other words, Murdoch is telling Trump: get Gaffney on your team because I was the only one who backed you!!

Unless the original source was Gaffney himself...
