Why not just have another money-bomb so that an alphabet agency can send money anonymously?

The conspiracy theory website Infowars claimed Monday to have received an exclusive sneak preview from the White House of President Trump's remarks to a joint session of Congress, despite other outlets and reporters receiving the same preview.
