During WW2 Alan Turing devised a system in which military intelligence gathered from enemies via code-breaking would be used to give the impression that the allies didn't have the military intelligence in order to use that military intelligence to defeat the enemy.
For example, some attacks and events were allowed to happen otherwise the enemy could be alerted and change their communications methods.
That system involved intercepting military communications, either electronically or by hard copy.
That was say 1944.
It is now 2020.
Mass remote mind-reading is definitely deployed against all people of all nations. The blood-sucking globalists who Trump secretly adores are either using it or benefitting from it.
All thoughts are sucked up via the mobile phone network into a vast database housed in Kansas, USA and sold to any nation or corporation with any interest in anybody.
But if remote mind-reading is possible then it could be possible to not just predict, as in Minority Report, but also know when something is about to occur and allow it to occur for a beneficiary. A terrorist act, perhaps. An assassination attempt. A riot.
In fact, is the whole Minority Report thesis just about using not pre-cognition but also pre-knowledge to reinforce pre-cognition and prediction?
You have all got to start thinking on a different level. Like the CIA does. White is black. And black is white.
