During the first half of the 1930's in Ukraine, Josef Stalin ordered the death of millions of Ukrainians. A few years later Stalin would become our ally in a war against an alleged mass murdering tyrant who at the time had killed only a tiny fraction compared to Stalin.
In 2004 none other than MI6's favourite, Boris Berezovsky, financed The Orange Revolution in Ukraine to oust the Russophile government. Perhaps as payback, or perhaps as part of 'the deal', in 2007 Berezovsky would preach Jihad against Putin, boasting that he, Berezovsky, was planning a violent revolution in Russia (against Putin). Berezovsky was given almost a full BBC QT to rant against Russia, and...a few 'interviews' in The Guardian for good measure.
Now in 2014, a year after 2013, in which Russia was made out as the Devil Incarnate after a war on Syria was averted following Putin's negotiation of Syria's surrender of its chemical weapons, Ukraine is again under attack from NATO.
The Guardian has supported Putin's nemesis Mikhail Khordokovsky, and blatantly supported Israel and played its subtle part in the push to war on Syria.
As a result of Russia's defence of Assad, there has been yet another attack on Russian control of Ukraine. Today 13 are reported to have died, half of whom are Police, after 'protestors' took control of government offices (inagine the response if protestors invaded Whitehall?).
So it comes as no surprise that in The Guardian's coverage of the 'uprising' in Ukraine, the tweets of one of the most senior, powerful and infuential Bilderbergers, Carl Bildt, are reproduced in all their Bilderberg glory, aassisting in the demonisation of Putin.
