2003 - war on Iraq starts, hundreds of thousands are murdered, and sectarian strife is unleashed eventually resulting in Islamc State

2007 - the USA, Israel and Saudi Arabia agree that the latter will unleash worst international cutthroat Jihadis on the planet on to Syria, Lebanon and Iran
2009 - Roland Dumas is asked by British officials to arrange a pipeline to smuggle Jihadis into Syria
