Up until he died of AIDS in the late 1980's, Cohn maintained intimate, behind the scenes ties to the ADL. According to internal ADL documents, Cohn was never placed on the League's directorate out of fear that the ADL would lose the financial backing of many prominent ex-Communists, who still detested Cohn for his antics during the 1950's Joe McCarthy Red Purges.

So not only was Cohn deep, dark CIA procuring children for the CIA to abuse, and the consiglieri for the New York mafia, he was also working with the ADL.
