Weiner's account was hacked in 2011 and a dirty trick has been run against Abedin through Weiner's account to frame Clinton. The FBI were supposed to find this planted 'evidence' but haven't yet or have but Comey saw it as a frame-up. And also an explanation of Trump's campaign strategy because his team including Breitbart knew all along about this...because they planted it.
