ROSNEFT AND EXXONMOBIL FIND OIL IN THE ARCTIC

The very curious consortium of Rosneft and Exxonmobil has struck oil in a well at The Universitetskaya-1 well in the Kara Sea in Russia's Arctic. Rosneft is planning on investing $400 billion over the next 15 years in the Arctic which they think can hold reserves comparable to those of head-chopping Saudi Arabia.

Those oil fields could be a bunsen burner (nice little earner) for someone...

And obviously it's not supposed to be the Russian people.
